About Kristyn Ashley

Hello!

I’m Kristyn Ashley—an artist, creative professional, and proud productivity nerd born and raised in Southern California. I work across both creative and operational spaces, combining a love for art with strong organization, collaboration, and follow-through.

By trade, I’m a Creative Graphics Coordinator with 4+ years of experience supporting high-volume design and production for national sports and sponsorship initiatives. I currently work with the NFL in Inglewood, CA, where I support sales and sponsorship graphics across multiple shows and live productions. I’ve had the opportunity to contribute to Super Bowl LVI and LVII, working alongside talented artists, animators, producers, and coordinators in fast-paced, team-driven environments. I enjoy being the connector—keeping projects organized, timelines on track, and teams supported.

Alongside my corporate work, I’m a practicing artist and freelance creative. I work traditionally in oil, acrylic, watercolor, and gouache, with a focus on portrait painting, illustration, and custom commissions. Over the past few years, I’ve also led small group paint nights, creating welcoming, creative experiences rooted in connection and accessibility.

Art has always been my way of understanding how people connect—and sometimes struggle to connect—with one another. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art from California State University Fullerton, and much of my foundation in graphic design was shaped through years of ministry and service work, where I supported publicity, creative content, and community engagement. Transitioning fully into freelance and creative work has been both challenging and deeply rewarding, and it’s a path I take great pride in.

I’m known for being dependable, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and people-first. Whether I’m supporting a large production team, organizing creative workflows, or creating meaningful artwork, my goal is always the same: to contribute thoughtfully, communicate clearly, and create work that truly matters.

I strive to create portrait paintings that hold memory, illustrations that hold meaning, and experiences—creative or professional—that feel intentional and human.
If you’d like to collaborate or connect, I’d love to hear from you.
